How does Engagex work as an "extension" of my office?

You might have heard the phrase: “we work as an extension of your office”.


So, what exactly does that mean and why is it important?


From our experience working with thousands of agents over 15+ years, we’ve learned a thing or two about what makes appointment setting successful.


One of the most important things is having open, honest, and consistent communication with you as our customers.




Call center employees call insurance customers to set appointments for customer insurance reviews.

Think about it this way - If you were to hire somebody to set appointments for you, what would your process be?


Would you give them the list and never talk with them again?


Most likely not.


You would want to work with them by providing clear instruction, expectations, etc, and you would probably like them to update you with important information that they get from your customers as they’re calling.


Working with Engagex is the same.


Your Account Manager will reach out to you periodically to review progress that’s been made, to ask for your feedback, and to make sure the service continues to work for your agency.


We don’t want to take too much of your time, but we know that this communication is vital for a working partnership.


We also email you updates when one of our callers gets a retention alert, or when there’s a problem that you should follow up on.

We want to keep you informed.

This ensures that you’ll not only get appointments on your calendar, but you’ll also receive much needed information about your clients that otherwise might have been missed.

If something isn’t working for you, please tell us.


We can’t solve a problem if we don’t know it exists.
