When you enroll in Engagex services or request information through the site you are consenting to receive communications and marketing materials related to our services or other information that we believe may be of interest to you. All marketing materials that we send you will have instructions for opting out of future materials.
Users of the Site who are residents of California are entitled to receive, upon request, a notice describing what categories of information we share with third parties for direct marketing purposes. Only request from California residents will be honored.
Except as described above with regards to Google Analytics services, Engagex does not track its visitors to the Site over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.
