FAQ: Why do I need to upload a list every month?

Have you ever wondered why you have to upload a list every month, even when you send us enough names to call for several months in a row?

The reason simply comes down to keeping your customer information safe.

The security of yours and your client’s information is a huge priority to us, which is why we have precautions in place to make sure they are protected and handled responsibly.

Every time you send us a list, there is a 30 day window in which that list is active in our system.

After 30 days have passed, the list becomes inactive and our callers will no longer have access to view this information.

For calling to resume, a list needs to be reuploaded after 30 days if there are names on it that you still want to be called.

This also helps us to confirm that your lead information is continuously up to date.

By re-scrubbing your list every month, we're able to eliminate any "Do Not Call" requests, as well as people that you may have requested to remove from the list for other reasons.

Uploading the list monthly ensures that your client’s information is safe and that there are no gaps between our list and your current customer’s circumstances.

The good news is that while you do have to upload a list every month, you do NOT have to pull a new one every time.

Our system has no limit on the number of names you can send us in one file, and we auto-scrub all of our lists for leads that we have already called.

This means you can upload as large a list as you want and subsequently reupload it each month until we’ve called through the entire thing.
